DBS College Kanpur

The D. B. S. College is located in the south part of the city of Kanpur. After the tragic partition after independence this part of the city became a rehabilitation center for the displaced population. The great visionary Late Dr. Virendra Swarup, with the view of imparting education to the large influx of refugees, laid down the foundation of this college. D. B. S. College started its normal functioning in the year 1959 with the mission of imparting quality and value based education to boys and girls students without discriminating caste, creed and class of the society.
